Very nice. A quiet poem that promises to rumble later on.
A lovely feeling of expectancy here
This is great. You capture the moment perfectly. I like the detail of satin sheets.
It creates images..of later on…
plunging in the tunneled abyss
I love the unusual juxtoposition of your words.
I like ” satin sheets quiet” and the repetition of sounds “s” and “t” because it builds the sensation ot the tense moment before the storm…
This is really beautiful… the line “Thunder sleeps in the bed” will haunt me, I know. Mysterious, powerful stuff.
wow. i mean wow. i like any poem with thunder, but … wow. three lines -> three amazing images.
very atmospheric, there are so many types of thunder it could be too…
Ooooooh…..nice. The thunderstorm in the distance….
